Most items in our store will ship within 3 days, a few will take 2-3 weeks. This is due to the high demand on a few of our products. We will always do our best to get your order out as quick as possible.
What countries do you ship to?
OKC Tee Shop ships internationally! To the USA, shipping is $4.95 and orders over $30 ship FREE. Internationally, shipping is $15.95.
Where are the other products I ordered?
Due to the demand of a few of the products, every so often we will ship an item seperate. If we have some of your items ready and in stock, we will ship it out right away, and mail the rest of your items later, once they are available.
Is my payment information safe?
100% Safe and secure. OKC Tee Shop runs on Shopify, the safest ecommerce platform on the world. All payments are either handled by Paypal, or by Shopify's credit card processor which is also encrypted and secure. Either way, we don't store any of your credit card info. Ever.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com for a replacement item or a gift card to be issued. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with the proper instructions and the address. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive returned packages they are inspected and will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a full refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. Confirmation will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
What happens with SALE items?
Sale items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I edit or change my order?
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you selected are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is correct, and the payment method you are using is good to go!
How do I cancel my order?
We can not accept cancellations more then 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact us page.
